Exchange and return policy at Bawitex - Your satisfaction is our goal
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items you do not like to us in perfect new condition and in their original packaging at your expense or hand them in at one of our locations.
Once the goods have been received, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer's bank account. However, we reserve the right to deduct the purchase price to be refunded or issue an invoice for any damage.
It is best to enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note with your return or hand it in at one of our locations so that we can easily allocate your return.
Return policy
Conditions
- Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items you do not like.
- Conditions: The items must be returned in perfect new condition and in their original packaging or handed in at one of our locations.
- Return costs: The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. Alternatively, you can return the items free of charge to one of our locations.
- Refund: After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer's bank account. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct the purchase price to be refunded or to invoice for any damage.
- Return process: Make sure that the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. It is best to enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note with your return or handover so that we can easily allocate your return.
- Returns: Send the items at your expense to Bawi-Tex AG, Bernerhöhe Nord 7, 6410 Goldau. Keep the proof of dispatch until the refund has been made.
- Drop off on site: Alternatively, you can drop off the items at one of our locations. Our local team will process your return quickly and easily.
- Refund of the purchase price: As soon as we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to the bank account you specified when purchasing online. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Special right to exchange mattresses
At Bawitex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer you a transparent exchange policy. For further information or personal advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Exchange directly at one of our sleep centres
- For just CHF 50, you receive a 30-day exchange right on mattresses if you bring your mattress to one of our locations.
- Period: The right of exchange is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that the exchange right does not apply to outlet products.
Exchange at your home
- CHF 100.- Delivery to kerbside
- CHF 200.- Delivery to your home
- Period: The right of exchange is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
