The Yverdon 2-motor slatted base from Swissbed is an elegant and comfortable sleeping system with zones for the head, back, legs and feet. The slat base has two powerful motors that operate smoothly and almost silently.
With a total height of 10 cm, the slatted base has an ultra-flat design and does not include the annoying metal fittings often found on motorised slatted bases. The Yverdon motorised slatted base can therefore be adapted to any bed, whatever the layout of the uprights.
The base is made from beech wood. The frame has integrated lumbar support, adjustable reinforcement in the central area and a variable comfort zone for the shoulders. The spine and shoulders are clearly relieved.
The frame comes with a radio remote control with memory function and a base station for the remote control.
The Yverdon 2M does not need to be isolated from the mains. The power supply unit consumes just 0.12 watts in standby mode. This is well below the EU directive on environmentally friendly design. It's about the same as a typical LED nightlight.
